However please contact us via WhatsApp or email if there is any genuine issue with your product, whether a manufacturing fault. We will be happy to guide you accordingly. Products can be refunded if the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered but slight color variation and slight changes in the product can be possible because all products are handmade not machine-made.
Change of mind is also not acceptable for return however you can exchange the product with another product at the same price, if the price is high of a new product you have to pay the difference amount and the company will not pay charges back if the new product’s price is low.
RETURNS All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All items must be in new and unused condition, with all accessories and labels attached.
